Why LSI
Balanced water protects the pool, not just the swim.
Most services test chlorine and pH and call it a day. Chlorine tells you whether the water is sanitary. It tells you nothing about whether the water is slowly dissolving your plaster or laying scale on your tile.
LSI — the Langelier Saturation Index — reads pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, temperature, and dissolved solids together, and tells us which direction your water is pulling. In Houston, where heat and rain swing all of those in a single week, that difference shows up on your surfaces within a season.
We test it every visit and dose to correct it. It's the least visible thing we do and the one that saves you the most money.
