Pool service in Magnolia, TX.
Magnolia is our northern edge — wooded lots, acreage, and a lot of pools that were built to sit under the trees. That setting is beautiful and it is hard on a pool.

Local knowledge
What Magnolia pools deal with.
Tree cover is the defining issue here. Constant leaf and needle drop means skimmer baskets fill between visits and filters clog faster than they do out in the open. Organic debris also consumes chlorine as it breaks down, so demand runs higher than the same pool would in a bare backyard.
Well water is common on Magnolia acreage, which brings iron and hardness into the equation. Rust staining on plaster and scale on tile are both symptoms of fill water nobody is testing.
Lake Windcrest, Mostyn Manor, and the properties out along FM 1488 often have longer distances between the house and the equipment pad. On older installs that's where we find leaks and undersized returns.

Questions
Magnolia pool owners ask us this.
My pool is under heavy trees. Is weekly service enough?
For most pools yes, but it depends on the season. During the worst of the drop we'll tell you honestly if you'd be better off with additional visits.
Do you service Magnolia acreage properties?
Yes — 77354 and 77355, including the wooded lots along 1488 and the lake communities. Don't see your area? Give us a call or a message!
Why does my chlorine disappear so fast?
There are several reasons, and telling them apart is the whole job. Decomposing leaves consume chlorine, and under heavy canopy that load is constant. Low stabilizer lets sunlight burn it off. Early algae eats it before you can see the algae. Heavy swimmer use does too. We test rather than guess, then correct the cause instead of just adding more chlorine.
