About us.
Peppermint Pool Services is family-owned, based in Cypress, and small on purpose. When you call, you're talking to the person who services your pool — not a call center, and not a different crew every week.
About me
Meet the owner.
Hi, I’m Kayla, the owner of Peppermint Pools. I started the company in 2022.
After working for other pool companies and experiencing firsthand the things I felt could be done better, I decided to take a different approach and start my own company. My goal was simple: provide honest, reliable pool service and repairs while treating every customer and every pool like they truly matter.
Peppermint Pools is a family-owned, woman-owned business, and while I’m the one you’ll typically see behind the scenes and out on the route, I’m fortunate to have a great team supporting me. Together with my repair technician, who brings over 30 years of pool industry experience, we’re able to offer both dependable weekly service and knowledgeable repair work.
I’m proud of what Peppermint Pools has grown into, and I’m grateful for every customer who has trusted us with their pool.
What customers say
In their words.
“Peppermint Pool Services has been servicing our pool for over a year and they know what they are doing. I tried to keep the pool chemicals balanced but was always fighting high CYA. Now our pool is crystal clear. Peppermint also helped us replace some tiles on a waterfall feature that was coming up. I am so happy with the results.”
“Highly recommend this pool service. Kayla and Jeremy are very competent and friendly to work with!”
“Highly recommended! They are prompt, efficient and priced very fairly. If you have any pool service needed or remodeling, I would definitely give them a call. Kayla and Jeremy are great to work with.”
